Software Return Policy
Summitsoft value our relationship with you and want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchases. That’s why we offer a return policy for most products that you purchase. Under this policy, a return may be processed for products that you have purchased directly from Summitsoft for a credit of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and sales tax. Any purchase from a retail partner must be pursuit directly through the retailer. Please see the Policy below:
Sealed – Boxed Versions of Software: Unless you have a separate reseller or retailer agreement with Summitsoft, all software still in its sealed package, may be returned within ten (10) days from the date on the receipt.
Electronic Versions of Software Purchased from Summitsoft.com: Any software purchased online directly from Summitsoft.com and sucessfully downloaded are ineligible for return.
Other non-refundable cases- Software purchased for the wrong platform.
- Inability to operate the software in your computing environment. Some of our software may work offline, but it may not be the case for others.
- Inability to use the software due to an operator error.
- We will not refund or credit the difference between the price you were charge and the limited time price reduction, such as those that occur during our promotion events.
Electronic Versions of Software Purchased from Online Retailers: Any software purchased online retailer such as but not limited to Amazon.com, Newegg.com, Avanquest.com, and all other Resellers and OEM’s cannot be returned to Summitsoft for any reason and must be returned to the original place of purchase. Depending on the place of purchase, the return policy will vary in accordance to each individual company.
Closeout or Clearance Software Products in Electronic or Box Versions: All software purchased that has been tagged as Clearance, Grab-Bag, Mystery-Box, Bundles or any other name where the software may or may not run on your computer, may not be returned for any reason. This is a Final sale.
How to Return: To return products, e-mail Summitsoft Returns Department at support@Summitsoft.com to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number within the return policy period applicable to the product you want to return. You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number in order to return the product. Do Not Return without an RMA Number. Returns received without an RMA number will be not be processed or returned.
You must ship the products to Summitsoft within five (5) days of the date that Summitsoft issues the Credit Return Authorization Number. You must also return the products to Summitsoft in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

- Unopened factory sealed retail Box
- Copy of original purchase receipt
- Your name and full address.

Your refund should appear on your credit card within 4 to 6 weeks of us receiving your request and any other required material (CD and manual for each boxed product purchased).
